Wow, 30 years. 30 years? I can’t believe it, K Records from Olympia, Washington is releasing music for 30 years with artists like Beck, Modest Mouse, the Microphones, Mirah, Built to Spill, The Gossip, and many more. So, it’s time to celebrate or better to reminiscent. You can read the whole K Records story in a upcoming book called Love Rock Revolution including interviews with many players from the 1980s and 1990s indie underground. The book will be accompanied by a digital soundtrack of music from the label’s 30 year existence. It’s available to download from 10th to 17th of July here.
